1. The 5 Vectors of the Interview Readiness Score (IRS)
Cloudvyn's proprietary matching algorithm calculates your composite IRS (0-100) using five weighted components:
- Technical Core & DSA (35%): Code efficiency, time/space complexity explanation, and algorithmic accuracy.
- Behavioral & STAR Delivery (20%): Structure, confidence, and conciseness evaluated during voice mock rounds.
- Group Discussion & Communication (15%): Turn-taking, articulation, and argument clarity from GD simulator sessions.
- ATS Resume Integrity (20%): Formatting compliance, role keyword density, and quantifiable impact bullets.
- Placement MCQ & Aptitude (10%): Timed quantitative, logical reasoning, and CS fundamentals test percentiles.
2. How Roles Are Ranked in Your Feed
When a new role is pulled from Swiggy, CRED, or Oracle, the job requires a minimum benchmark IRS (e.g., 78 for SDE-1). If your current score is 82, the role appears at the top of your feed with a 'High Match Potential' badge.
If you scored lower on a critical requirement (e.g., struggling with microservices concurrency), the platform highlights the exact mock test to take to bridge the gap before you submit your application.
