You must be at least 13 years old or have reached the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use Cloudvyn. If you are below the required age, you may only use Cloudvyn under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use Cloudvyn responsibly and legally. You shall NOT:

• Use the services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract platform models or question banks in bulk.
• Interfere with, overload, or compromise the stability, security, or servers of Cloudvyn.
• Circumvent account limits, access tokens, or authentication mechanisms.
• Upload harmful code, malware, viruses, or inappropriate audio/video streams during simulations.

Cloudvyn utilizes generative artificial intelligence, speech processing models, and automated evaluators to deliver mock interviews, GD simulations, and ATS scoring. You understand and agree to the following:

• Educational & Practice Intent: AI mock interview evaluations, STAR scoring, GD feedback, and roadmaps are intended strictly for educational preparation and personal skill development.
• No Guarantee of Hiring: While our question banks and rubrics are benchmarked against industry standards, Cloudvyn does not guarantee employment, placement offers, or specific test scores.
• Continuous Model Iteration: Automated feedback may vary based on audio input quality, speech clarity, and prompt context. Suggestions should be treated as guidance.

Cloudvyn Roadmaps, tutorials, guides, and practice tests are curated by engineers to reflect current technology trends and hiring practices. While we strive to maintain complete accuracy, hiring requirements from external companies may change dynamically.

All software, algorithms, GD simulation prompts, roadmaps, designs, logos, trademarks, and content on Cloudvyn are the intellectual property of Cloudvyn Technologies or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their personal uploaded resumes and user profile data.

We reserve the right to periodically modify these Terms to reflect updates to our platform or legal requirements. Changes will become effective upon posting to this page.
