- Resume text, PDF uploads, and career keywords provided for ATS scanning
Interview, Voice, Video & Simulation Inputs
When practicing with Cloudvyn's AI evaluation tools, we process:
- Audio voice streams and speech transcripts during voice mock interviews (English & Hindi)
- Camera video feed processed in real time locally during video interview practice for live presence
- Responses provided in Group Discussion (GD) simulations and MCQ mock tests
Technical & Device Diagnostics
- IP address, browser type, and operating system
- Navigation patterns, session durations, and error telemetry

- No Advertising Profiling: We do NOT sell candidate data, resumes, or interview responses to advertising brokers.
- Secure Inference: Audio, video, and text interview streams are processed securely solely to generate your feedback reports.
- Candidate Ownership: You retain full ownership of your uploaded resumes, test results, and personal notes.
4Cookies, Advertising (Google AdSense) & Consent
Cloudvyn uses essential session cookies, privacy-respecting analytics, and displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense to support free interview tools for candidates.
Consent-Based Ad & Cookie Management:
- Google AdSense & Consent Mode: Cloudvyn integrates Google AdSense with Google Consent Mode. Ad personalization and ad storage cookies (
ad_storage) are only enabled if you explicitly grant permission via our Cookie Consent banner by selecting Accept All. - Decline / Reject Option: If you select Decline on our Cookie Consent banner, ad personalization and analytics cookies are denied by default, and ads are rendered without personalized tracking.

We work with trusted cloud infrastructure and AI API providers (such as hosting platforms and speech models) to execute computing and storage tasks. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and security commitments.
